It covers up to 300 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on trowel type, substrate and installation conditions. It has an open time of up to 15 minutes, a 60 minute working time, and a 24-hour cure time.\nIt offers a 2-year shelf life from date of production when stored in original unopened container. This is a low VOC, environmentally friendly formulation with VOC less than 1 g\/L.
