Capitol PS699 installs like a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and firms as it cures to form a permanent bond. Used as a pressure sensitive adhesive, it has a 60 minute open time and a 12-hour working time. For semi-wet installation, it has a 20 minute open time and a 40 minute working time. Easy to clean it dries clear, has high resistance to moisture with low odor and VOC (\u0026lt;1g\/L).
