ROBERTS® 2001 is a superior, commercial-grade, felt-backed sheet vinyl adhesive developed with the optimum open time and working time for the positioning of felt-backed sheet vinyl flooring. It bonds with most concrete, APA-rated plywood, terrazzo, properly prepared vinyl composition tile (VCT), felt back sheet vinyl (non-cushioned) and primed gypcrete. Powered by Microban® , this antimicrobial product protection helps fight the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria that can cause product degradation. This adhesive covers up to 190 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on trowel type, substrate and installation conditions. It has an open time of up to 25 minutes, working time of up to 45 minutes, and a cure time of 24 Hours. It offers a 2-year shelf life from date of production when stored in original unopened container. This is an environmentally friendly formulation with VOC less than 1 g/L. Made in the USA.
