Roller crumbles

"The concept and application works great. However, the roller began to crumble after only 15 min of use. I was not using any force, only rolling along with the weight of the bottle at a 90 degree angle. They don't sell replacement rollers. Very disappointed. Using on kitchen floor with nonporous tile."
