ROBERTS 3000 Multipurpose Carpet and Sheet Vinyl Adhesive and Glue is a solvent-free, SBR latex flooring formulation rated for residential and commercial applications. It can be used for installing mineral or felt-backed sheet vinyl, latex foam-backed carpet and other types of flooring.
Powered by Microban®, this antimicrobial product protection helps fight the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria that can cause product degradation.
The wet adhesive can be cleaned off tools and flooring with warm, soapy water. Made in the USA, this is a solvent-free formula with zero VOC that is environmentally safe and nonflammable during application and odorless when dry.
Features:
- SBR Latex, solvent-free formula
- For installation of mineral or felt-backed sheet vinyl, unfinished cork underlayment, latex foam-backed, needle-punched, jute and polypropylene secondary backed carpets
- Bonds with concrete on and above grade, APA rated plywood and acoustic cork underlayment
- For indoor residential and commercial use
- Approximately 60 minutes open time, 90 minutes working time, and 24 hours curing time
- 40-50% solids content with low odor and low VOC during application
- Moisture Control Adhesive - up to 5 lbs. MVER and 80% RH
- Powered by Microban® for superior mold and mildew protection
- Covers up to 180 sq. ft. per gallon depending on trowel type, substrate and installation conditions
